Technique
- Lie down supine on the ground, with your hips right in front of the Rings , and place your feet inside the Rings .
- Push on your feet to get your hips up.
- While maintaining your hips up, extend your legs forward, until they are fully straight.
- Then curl your legs back in, getting your heels as close as possible to your buttocks.
Form tips
- Make sure to push your hips up as high as possible.
