Technique

  1. Lie down supine on the ground, with your hips right in front of the Rings , and place your feet inside the Rings .
  2. Push on your feet to get your hips up.
  3. While maintaining your hips up, extend your legs forward, until they are fully straight.
  4. Then curl your legs back in, getting your heels as close as possible to your buttocks.

Form tips

  1. Make sure to push your hips up as high as possible.
