Technique

  1. Place your hands one the ground, one below your shoulder and the other held away from your body on a sliding object; this second arm will stay straight during the whole movement.
  2. Descend straight down until your chest lightly touches the floor, by letting the straight arm slide away from your body.
  3. Pause at the bottom and smoothly reverse the motion back up.
