Technique

  1. Kneel on the ground and place your hands wide apart.
  2. Bend one arm to lower yourself down to the ground, while keeping the other arm straight.
  3. Push yourself back up to the starting position.
  4. Work one side for the desired number of repetitions before switching, or switch side between each repetition.

Form tips

  1. Maintain Shoulder depression : avoid letting the working shoulder elevate towards your ear when lowering down.
  2. Keep your torso and thighs aligned: do not bend at the hips.
