Technique
- Kneel on the ground and place your hands wide apart.
- Bend one arm to lower yourself down to the ground, while keeping the other arm straight.
- Push yourself back up to the starting position.
- Work one side for the desired number of repetitions before switching, or switch side between each repetition.
Form tips
- Maintain Shoulder depression : avoid letting the working shoulder elevate towards your ear when lowering down.
- Keep your torso and thighs aligned: do not bend at the hips.
