Technique

  1. Lie on your side on the ground, with the arms straight overhead.
  2. Lift your legs up and crunch the side of your body to lift your upper torso off the ground.
  3. At the top position, only your hip and the side of your lower trunk should be touching the ground, as well as your lower arm for balance.
  4. Slowly come back down and repeat for the number of repetitions.
