Side body crunch arms down

Technique
- Lie on your side on the ground, with the arms straight overhead.
- Lift your legs up and crunch the side of your body to lift your upper torso off the ground.
- At the top position, only your hip and the side of your lower trunk should be touching the ground, as well as your lower arm for balance.
- Slowly come back down and repeat for the number of repetitions.
