Technique

  1. Start from a Prone hollow body hold position.
  2. Bent the arms until the elbows barely touch the ground and go back up.
  3. The arms should bend and extend together and the elbows should not fall quickly to the ground.
  4. Keep your Abs tight and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
