Technique
- Start in a Seiza position (kneeling with your buttocks resting on your heels).
- Jump explosively from your shins to bring your feet under you.
- Land directly in a Deep squat position.
Form tips
- Swing your arms to help generate upward momentum.
- Land quietly and absorb the impact by entering a balanced squat.
