Technique

  1. Start in a Seiza position (kneeling with your buttocks resting on your heels).
  2. Jump explosively from your shins to bring your feet under you.
  3. Land directly in a Deep squat position.

Form tips

  1. Swing your arms to help generate upward momentum.
  2. Land quietly and absorb the impact by entering a balanced squat.
