Technique

  1. From a Support position on the Rings enter a Handstand position by elevating the hips and extending the legs vertically.
  2. Balance your center of mass over your hands.
  3. Push your shoulders upward into Shoulder elevation to create a solid foundation.

Form tips

  1. Maintain a straight, tight line from your hands to your toes.
  2. Squeeze the rings toward your body to increase stability.

Risks

  1. There is a high risk of falling due to the instability of the rings; this move requires significant shoulder strength and stability.
