Technique

  1. Hang from the rings with your feet on the ground and your body horizontal, just above the ground.
  2. Pull one ring towards your armpit while pushing the other arm fully straight forward (aligned with your body).
  3. Come back to the starting position with control and repeat on the other side.

Form tips

  1. Avoid twisting your body towards the pulling side.
