Technique
- Lie face down on an elevated surface (such as a Plyo Box ), placing your chest on the box and the crest of your hips on the edge of the box.
- Let your bent legs hang down and hold on to the object with your hands. This is the starting position.
- Extend your legs behind until they are fully straight and at least as high as your hips.
- Come back to the starting position with control and repeat.
