Technique

  1. Start from a Plank position with shoulders over wrists and feet hip-width apart.
  2. Lift one hand from the floor to touch the opposite shoulder.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs engaged to avoid tilting side to side
  2. Move with control
