Technique

  1. Begin in a standard Plank position.
  2. Jump your feet out to the sides and then back together, performing a Plank jack .
  3. Immediately jump both feet forward toward your hands.
  4. Jump your feet back to the starting position and repeat the cycle.

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs tight to prevent your lower back from arching.
  2. Land softly on the balls of your feet during the jumps.

Risks

  1. Lack of core tension may lead to lower back strain during the jumping phases.
