Technique
- Start in a Bent-leg pigeon position, with one leg extended at the back and the other one bent in front of you.
- Take your hands off the floor and bring your chest up. Feel the stretch in the hip flexors of your back leg.
- Lean forward and touch your front leg with your chest. Focus on bending at the hip and keeping the back straight.
- Bring your chest back up and repeat a few times, then do the other side.
