Technique

  1. Start in a Bent-leg pigeon position, with one leg extended at the back and the other one bent in front of you.
  2. Take your hands off the floor and bring your chest up. Feel the stretch in the hip flexors of your back leg.
  3. Lean forward and touch your front leg with your chest. Focus on bending at the hip and keeping the back straight.
  4. Bring your chest back up and repeat a few times, then do the other side.
