Technique

  1. This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
  2. Get on all fours, with the palms down and fingers facing forward.
  3. Lift your palms off the ground while keeping the fingers on the ground, by bending at the knuckles. This should create a stretch in your palm.
  4. From this position, go side to side, to stretch different areas of your palms.
  5. Each cycle of going left and right counts as one repetition.
