Technique

  1. This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
  2. Stand up and press your fingertips together, letting your hands bend at the knuckles. You should feel a stretch in your palms when doing that.
  3. To stretch different parts of your palms, rotate your hands back and forth while maintaining pressure of the fingertips against each other.
  4. Each cycle of back and forth counts as one repetition.
