Technique
- This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
- Stand up and press your fingertips together, letting your hands bend at the knuckles. You should feel a stretch in your palms when doing that.
- To stretch different parts of your palms, rotate your hands back and forth while maintaining pressure of the fingertips against each other.
- Each cycle of back and forth counts as one repetition.
