Technique
- Sit on the ground and place your hands on the sides, in front of the hips.
- Push on your hands to lift your butt off the ground.
- Keep one heel on the ground and lift the other leg up, by contracting your hip flexors.
Form tips
- Push your shoulders down ( Shoulder depression ).
- Keep both legs straights.
- If your Hamstrings are very tight and prevent you from lifting the leg up, do some Pike fold / Forward fold stretches to gain flexiblity.
