Technique
- The base lies supine with legs extended and arms extended vertically.
- The fly positions themselves in a plank over the base, gripping the base's ankles and resting their feet on the base's hands.
- Both partners simultaneously bend their arms to perform a pushup and then push back up together.
Form tips
- Coordinate the pushup movement to maintain balance.
- Maintain a straight body line without arching the back.
