Technique

  1. The base lies supine with legs extended and arms extended vertically.
  2. The fly positions themselves in a plank over the base, gripping the base's ankles and resting their feet on the base's hands.
  3. Both partners simultaneously bend their arms to perform a pushup and then push back up together.

Form tips

  1. Coordinate the pushup movement to maintain balance.
  2. Maintain a straight body line without arching the back.
