Technique

  1. Stand on the balls of your feet on a ledge.
  2. Slowly descend your heels as low as they can go and pause at the bottom.
  3. Smoothly drive he heels up as high as they will go, until you are on your tiptoes and pause at the top.
  4. Hold onto something for support or hold your palms against the wall for balance (but don't use the support to put less weight on your feet).
