Technique
- Stand on the balls of your feet on a ledge.
- Slowly descend your heels as low as they can go and pause at the bottom.
- Smoothly drive he heels up as high as they will go, until you are on your tiptoes and pause at the top.
- Hold onto something for support or hold your palms against the wall for balance (but don't use the support to put less weight on your feet).
