Technique

  1. Sit on the ground, with your back to a bench and a Barbell on your hips.
  2. Place your shoulders above the bench, plant your feet firmly into the ground and push your hips upward, lifting the Barbell off the ground.
  3. Push your hips all the way up, activating your Glutes , then slowly go back to the starting position.
