Technique

  2. Bend at the hips, leaning forward until your torso is parallel to the ground.
  3. Maintain a neutral spine as you bend forward, keeping the Barbell stable on your back.
  4. Return to the starting position by extending your hips and straightening up.

Form tips

  1. Maintain a slight bend in your knees.
  2. Engage your core muscles to support your back.
  3. Keep your back straight, avoiding rounding or arching during the movement.
  4. Control the descent and ascent, using a slow and controlled motion.
  5. Focus on feeling the stretch in your Hamstrings and Glutes as you bend forward.
