Technique
- Base stands in a deep, wide squat ( Horse stance ).
- Flyer stands on the base's hips coming up from behind, resting the hands on the base's shoulder for initial help and stability
- Once balance is found both partners extend their arms straight out
Form tips
- Base: Use a wide stance for a stable foundation.
- Flyer: Stand tall and reach your arms out for balance.
