Technique

  1. Base stands in a deep, wide squat ( Horse stance ).
  2. Flyer stands on the base's hips coming up from behind, resting the hands on the base's shoulder for initial help and stability
  3. Once balance is found both partners extend their arms straight out

Form tips

  1. Base: Use a wide stance for a stable foundation.
  2. Flyer: Stand tall and reach your arms out for balance.
