Technique

  1. Base lies on their back supporting the flyer in a Front plank (flyer's hands on base's hands, base's feet on flyer's hips).
  2. Base performs a leg press motion, bending and then straightening their legs while the flyer maintains the plank.

  1. Base: Squeeze your abs to keep your legs stable as you bend and extend them.
