Technique
- Set your rings somewhere around chest height (lower=more intense stretch).
- Hang from the rings with your legs extended to the back and the toes pointed.
- Relax into this position, taking deep breaths and letting your shoulders open.
- You should feel a stretch in your chest, abs, or side of the body ( Latissimus dorsi ), depending on which area is most tight.
