Technique

  1. Stand a short distance away from a wall, with your back to the wall.
  2. Lean back against the wall then bring your arms back until your palms are beside your head and touching the wall, fingers pointing down.
  3. Extend your arms by pushing on your palms, to push your body away from the wall and give it an arched position.
  4. Pause and then slowly reverse the movement.

Form tips

  1. Over time, try to place your hands lower on the wall.
