Technique

  1. Lie down on your back, with your hands right by a wall, and your feet flat on the ground near your buttocks.
  2. Place your palms flat on the ground, with the wrists close to the wall and the fingers pointings towards the feet.
  3. Push on your hands to lift your hips up.
  4. Push on your feet to get your chest as close as possible to the wall, or touching the wall.
  5. Get your forearms to press against the wall.
