Technique
- Lie down on your back, with your hands right by a wall, and your feet flat on the ground near your buttocks.
- Place your palms flat on the ground, with the wrists close to the wall and the fingers pointings towards the feet.
- Push on your hands to lift your hips up.
- Push on your feet to get your chest as close as possible to the wall, or touching the wall.
- Get your forearms to press against the wall.
