Technique

  1. Bring your chin down to your chest.
  2. Slowly move your head towards one shoulder, while keeping your gaze towards the ground. Stop when you feel a good stretch on the side of your neck.
  3. Then slowly move towards the other shoulder.

Form tips

  1. To get a deeper stretch on the side of your neck, it helps to pull the opposite shoulder down and away from your ear.
