Technique
- Squat down and place your hands on the ground in front of you.
- Round your back and tuck your chin towards your chest.
- Start falling forward and push on your legs to create momentum.
- Tuck your head so that it does not (or hardly) touch the ground; aim to start rolling on your upper back directly.
- Aim to get back to a deep squat position at the end of the roll.
