Shoulder back roll

Technique
- Squat down and look over one shoulder; this is the shoulder that you will roll on.
- Roll on your back towards the chosen shoulder.
- Incline your head to the opposite side, so that it does not get in the way.
- Project both legs towards the back, on the side of the rolling shoulder.
- Bend the arm on the rolling side and reach overhead with the other one.
