Shoulder back roll

Technique

  1. Squat down and look over one shoulder; this is the shoulder that you will roll on.
  2. Roll on your back towards the chosen shoulder.
  3. Incline your head to the opposite side, so that it does not get in the way.
  4. Project both legs towards the back, on the side of the rolling shoulder.
  5. Bend the arm on the rolling side and reach overhead with the other one.
