Technique

  1. Place your feet on an elevated surface, so that your body is parallel to the ground when you are at the top position.
  2. Lean forward, with the shoulders past the wrists, then perform the pushup.
  3. The more you lean forward, the harder the exercise becomes, and the closer it gets to the full Planche Pushup.
  4. If using the ground, point the fingers slightly to the sides to put less stress on your wrists. Point them all the way back to make the exercise harder.
  5. Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
