Technique

  1. Support yourself on Parallel bars .
  2. While keeping your arms straight, let your body dip between your shoulders, so that your shoulder come closer to your ears (go into Shoulder elevation ).
  3. Push your body back to the initial position, by pushing your shoulders down as much as possible ( Shoulder depression ).
