Technique

  1. Support yourself on Parallel bars or a Dip station .
  2. While keeping your arms straight, perform slow shoulder circles, letting your body move around your shoulder joint.
  3. Make the circles as wide as possible, exploring the four quadrants of this position: Shoulder depression , Shoulder protraction , Shoulder elevation and Shoulder retraction .
