Technique

  1. Start in an Upward dog position.
  2. Bend your arms and roll on your chest while keeping your body arched, to bring your legs up.
  3. As your legs come up, starting balancing on your hands and extending your arms.
  4. Push into a Handstand position, then reverse the motion.
