Technique

  1. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart besides a support or wall, which you use for balance during the exercise.
  2. Push your knees forward while leaning back, so that your torso stays aligned with your thighs.
  3. Go on your toes and keep pushing your knees forward, until they are right above the ground.
  4. Then go back to the starting position, without bending at the hips.
