Technique
- Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart besides a support or wall, which you use for balance during the exercise.
- Push your knees forward while leaning back, so that your torso stays aligned with your thighs.
- Go on your toes and keep pushing your knees forward, until they are right above the ground.
- Then go back to the starting position, without bending at the hips.
