Technique

  1. Stand up, bend one leg and grab that foot with the same-side hand.
  2. Squat on the other leg until your bent-leg knee lightly touches the ground, then push yourself back up.
  3. Repeat as many times as desired, then switch to the other side.

Form tips

  1. Keep your knee in line with your toes.
