Technique

  1. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Push your knees forward while keeping your torso upright.
  3. Go on your toes and keep pushing your knees forward, until your thighs are compressed against your calves.
  4. Then go back to the starting position, while keeping your torso upright.
