Technique

  1. This exercise targets all three heads of the deltoids, by combining a rotational movement with a standard overhead press.
  2. Start with the dumbbells at shoulder level and the palms facing you.
  3. Extend your arms up while rotating the forearms at the same time, so that your palms end up facing forward at the top.
  4. Reverse the motion to the starting position.
