L-base to start, with the flyer standing at the base's feet.
The base places the feet on the front of the flyer's hips.
The flyer stays in a plank and leans forward while the base brings the knees to the chest, letting the flyer fall into their feet. Connect a Clasped hand grip .
The base walks one foot at a time down to the flyer's feet while the flyer holds a Plank and points the toes, so the base can place their feet on top of the flyer's feet.
To exit, the base walks one foot at a time back to the flyer's hips, then lowers the flyer's feet to the ground.
Form tips
The flyer rounds the shoulders ( Shoulder protraction ) and keeps the weight in the hands and feet, not just the lower body.
