Tuck human flag raise

Technique
- Start from a Hanging human flag position.
- Tuck your legs in, push with the bottom arm and pull with the top arm ( Shoulder depression ).
- Move your body all the way up until your are inverted, then go back down slowly.
- Note that a slight bent in the upper arm is fine if it helps you pull that shoulder (aim for straight-arm over time).
