Tuck human flag raise

Technique

  1. Start from a Hanging human flag position.
  2. Tuck your legs in, push with the bottom arm and pull with the top arm ( Shoulder depression ).
  3. Move your body all the way up until your are inverted, then go back down slowly.
  4. Note that a slight bent in the upper arm is fine if it helps you pull that shoulder (aim for straight-arm over time).
