Technique

  1. Find a tool to execute the Human Flag in which the upper element is positioned further forward than the lower element.
  2. The further the upper element protrudes, the easier the Human Flag will become.
  3. Pull with the top arm and engage the scapula ( Shoulder depression ); push with your lower arm.
  4. Abs should be tight; avoid arching the lower back.
