Technique
- Find a tool to execute the Human Flag in which the upper element is positioned further forward than the lower element.
- The further the upper element protrudes, the easier the Human Flag will become.
- Pull with the top arm and engage the scapula ( Shoulder depression ); push with your lower arm.
- Abs should be tight; avoid arching the lower back.
