Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position and lower yourself down until your chest almost touches the ground (first half of a Pushup ).
  2. Pause in the bottom position, and hinge at the wrists and feet to move your forearms to the ground.
  3. Hinge forward to go back into a Bottom pushup hold position and push yourself back up to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Move both elbows to and from the ground at the same time.
