Technique

  1. Start in a Dolphin Pose , with your forearms on the ground, parallel to each other, and your hips up.
  2. Push on your hands to lift your elbows off the ground at the same time.
  3. Keep extending your arms until you reach a pyramid position (similar to Downward dog ), then reverse the motion back to the starting position.
