Technique
- Lying on your back, legs together and straight, heels hovering above the floor
- Smoothly raise your legs while bending them as little as possible until your thighs are firmly pressed against your chest
- Pause and try to press your thighs into your chest
- Slowly reverse the motion until the heels are just above the floor
