Technique
- Step the feet apart, wider than shoulder width with the toes facing forward.
- Clasp the fingers behind the back and inhale to straighten the arms in preparation.
- Exhale to fold forward from the hips, lowering the head, and if possible, lift the arms away from the back.
Form tips
- For tight shoulders, hold a strap between the hands to allow some space for the shoulders to rotate.
