Technique

  1. Stand tall with the arms extended to the side parallel to the floor, palms downward.
  2. Keeping the arms straight supinate the hands (palms up) and rotate the entire arm on its axe ( Shoulder external rotation )
  3. Reverse the movement by pronating the hand and internally rotating the shoulder
