Technique

  1. Sit on a Stability ball , roll forward and lean back to place your back on the ball.
  2. Keep your feet flat on the ground with your legs open to provide a stable base.
  3. Engaged your Abs to lift your chest up.
  4. Then extend slowly back to the starting position, letting your torso curve around the ball.
