Technique
- Set your rings somewhere around chest height (lower=more intense stretch).
- Hang from the rings with your legs extended to the back and the toes pointed.
- Relax into this position, taking deep breaths and letting your shoulders open.
- Once your are comfortable in this position of Hanging cobra , slowly rotate to one side to intensity the stretch on the side of your body.
- Work on both sides.
