Technique

  1. Set your rings somewhere around chest height (lower=more intense stretch).
  2. Hang from the rings with your legs extended to the back and the toes pointed.
  3. Relax into this position, taking deep breaths and letting your shoulders open.
  4. Once your are comfortable in this position of Hanging cobra , slowly rotate to one side to intensity the stretch on the side of your body.
  5. Work on both sides.
