Technique
- Start in a horse stance position, with your legs opened wide, your knees bend at about 90 degrees, and your torso upright.
- Shift your weight to one leg and lift the other leg high up in the air.
- Optional: slap your thigh when your leg is at its highest point for dramatic effect.
- Land back smoothly and sink your hips as low as possible.
- Repeat on the other side.
