Technique

  1. Sit cross-legged on the ground, with your hands by your sides.
  2. Bend your trunk to one side, bring your arm up and reaching as far as possible with your hand.
  3. Then repeat on the other side.
  4. Focus on stretching the side of your body, between your hip and your armpit.

Form tips

  1. Don't let your chest collapse forward: keep it opened.
