Technique
- Sit cross-legged on the ground, with your hands by your sides.
- Bend your trunk to one side, bring your arm up and reaching as far as possible with your hand.
- Then repeat on the other side.
- Focus on stretching the side of your body, between your hip and your armpit.
Form tips
- Don't let your chest collapse forward: keep it opened.
