Technique

  1. Stand upright with feet together and shift your weight onto one leg.
  2. Lift the other foot slightly off the ground, keeping it in front of you.
  3. Once stable, gently close your eyes while maintaining your balance.
  4. Hold the position for time, keeping your body as still as possible.

Form tips

  1. Keep your torso tall and your head aligned with your spine.
  2. If balance is lost, open your eyes, reset, and continue the hold.
