Technique
- Stand upright with feet together and shift your weight onto one leg.
- Lift the other foot slightly off the ground, keeping it in front of you.
- Once stable, gently close your eyes while maintaining your balance.
- Hold the position for time, keeping your body as still as possible.
Form tips
- Keep your torso tall and your head aligned with your spine.
- If balance is lost, open your eyes, reset, and continue the hold.
