Technique

  1. Stand upright and shift your weight onto one leg.
  2. Lift the opposite knee upward in front of you while keeping the lower leg relaxed.
  3. Bring the knee up to a comfortable height without leaning backward.
  4. Hold the position for time while maintaining balance.

Form tips

  1. Keep your torso tall and your hips facing forward.
