Initially, slightly narrow your hand placement compared to the usual width. You should get comfortable in the basic shapes (straight, Tuck position , Straddle position , and stag), as well as shape transitions in this position.
Over time, keep narrowing the width of hands placement until the thumbs are touching.
Eventually, the index fingers will also touch to form a triangle at the base of the hands.
Once you are comfortable with this position, you can start working on the Stacked hands handstand .
